Usually it's 730am after a coffee, reading WHO on the ipad.
Days I work from home (like today) I end up having another couple of cheeky little ones as I tend to do my best shitting at home. Away form is not great, I travel a lot for work and have no urge to shit all day, but can arrive home and within minutes turn one out.
Breakthrough moment the other week was my first shit ever on a plane. Considering I've flown pretty much once a week for the last year baking my shits all day I was quite chuffed. Can almost guarantee if I travel and stay somewhere I won't shit for the first 48 hours. Curious phenomenon.
